Job Description:Role: Small Account Management Time: Flexible according to customer time zone Duration: Full time Start: Immediate Location: Chennai or Pondicherry Industry preferred: Digital Publishing, E-Learning, ITES or outbound sales(Only international sales) Job Role: Ensure achievement of inflows as in the business plan from existing customers from existing services. Review service levels (Quality, OTD, responsiveness & amp amp meeting special requirements) of each Delivery Unit of Integra on a monthly basis and ensure that customer expectations are met by engaging with Business Heads. Critical and repeated concerns expressed by customers should be brought to the attention of the concerned at appropriate levels within Integra and facilitate resolution of such concerns. Target and achieve sales growth from existing sites of existing customers by expanding sales from existing services. Target and achieve sales growth from existing sites of existing customers by addition of new services. Ensure sales growth from new sites/regions of existing customers through existing services & amp amp addition of new services. Determine outsourcing potential of existing customers of all services across all sites/regions and establish plans to be a key supplier in each of the services across all locations. Plan and forecast sales volumes for planning commission. Ensure quarterly updating of customer data and fact files in the central information system Customer and Competitor activities to be tracked and updated continuously in the fact files. Promptly communicate critical information to all concerned in Integra. Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys and improve score consistently with every customer. Obtain performance indices/reports from customers from customers and facilitate Account Units to improve performance scores on continuous basis. Evolve understanding/agreements with customers on operating framework and capture the same through SLAs to facilitate clear understanding of customer requirements by Integra and customer. Ensure timely submission of quote, samples, proposals, agreements and any other information required by customers. Timely responses to both internal & amp amp external customers on any matter raised. Ensure accurate and on time updating & amp amp reporting of all MIS information. Be responsible for the achievement of goals by team Members and be accountable for the achievement of Team targets. Achieve Future Search and 6 Sigma objectives and milestones.
