Job Description:Exp: 15-25 Yrs JD : - Business Head Sales- Agri Business is to develop and nurture relationships, be instrumental in designing customized solutions after acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, mentoring the regional heads, expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing various solutions that meet their objectives aligned with Company' s business strategy. - The sales head directs the business operations in a manner that will help achieve company' s mission, objective and goals. - The sales head is also responsible for organizational efficiency to optimize sales and revenue generation thereby maximizing profitability. Sales in the context of business refers to New Customer Acquisition as well as Enhancing Relationship Value with existing customers. Primary deliverable in Sales & amp amp Profitability: - Envisage and design different channels for maximizing market penetration. - Monitor & amp amp Guide the Sales Team - communicate goals and targets and help them devise strategies to achieve the goals - Ensure that the entire sales force have the knowledge and information needed along with the appropriate sales tools to get desired sales results - Devise and communicate different incentive and reward programs for time to time to boost morale and sales - Create, maintain and improve systems so that the revenues are not lost - Find opportunities of new business prospects and communicate it to the management so that there is enough inventories to sell at any given time. Qualification/ Experience Requirements: - MBA / PGDBM from reputed Institute. - Candidates From Agri Business Sales Currently Working As National Head Need Only Apply. EXP: 15-20 years of proven experience in Sales management, organization building and change management with at least 2-3 years in National role. Preferred: Candidates in a leadership role with direct experience in engaging with institutional customers and team handling (Large teams spread over multiple locations). - Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs (preferred) - Good familiarity with all aspects of financial solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels. Inclination to use Technology as a tool for all service offerings (Must be Tech Savvy on day-day basis) and be willing to use all Technology tools to a great extent possible.
